As The Domenech Group’s Customer Care Manager, Ann Paulsen is the driving force behind every smooth and successful client experience. With more than 26 years in real estate and 17 years in banking, Ann ensures every detail , from contract to close , is handled with precision, professionalism, and care. She manages timelines, communication, and coordination across the team to guarantee clients always feel informed, supported, and confident through every step of the process.
Ann is known for her integrity, organisation, and ability to bring calm to the chaos. She represents the voice of the client within The Domenech Group, ensuring each interaction reflects our standard of excellence and what we call The Domenech Effect.
Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Ann has called the Destin area home since 1969. Family means everything to her , she’s the proud mother of two daughters, Ashley and Gabrielle (who also works alongside her as our Listing Coordinator), and grandmother to four grandchildren: Nick, Taylor, Carleigh, and Genevieve. When she’s not managing transactions or serving clients, Ann enjoys spending time with family, searching for antiques, and soaking up the Emerald Coast lifestyle she loves.
